Location is really great, one block from 5th Av and close to 2 subway stations, allowing to quickly reach all areas in the city. The hotel is not in the crowded Times Sq area and Theater district, but sufficiently close for a short walk there. Would repeat this hotel in the future. NYC was really crowded during new year's period, but it didn'f feel too much due to the location of the hotel. Rooms and hotel in general was very good and comfortable, staff was nice and attentive as well.

I liked the proximity to subway and many Manhattan attractions. Price reasonable. Quiet. Friendly staff.

Location, first lasting impression, professionalism, fantastic accommodations. Both the front and concierge were great, especially Miss. Fatou If I spelled it right. And Michael from the front help me give my wife an awesome vacation. Which left an lasting impression which made us to decide to return. Every year we visit the city and stay at a hotel each time but this stay was my best decision I made ever.
