From the moment we walked in all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Apparently the doorman is even TikTok famous! The customer service and amenities were outstanding. They upgraded our room for a small fee and gave us early check-in and we felt like kings. The bed was so comfortable I actually felt like I was sleeping at home! The location was perfect and we were steps from the shops on 5th Ave. and a short walk to Grand Central Station. It was just me and my teen daughter and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is really great, one block from 5th Av and close to 2 subway stations, allowing to quickly reach all areas in the city. The hotel is not in the crowded Times Sq area and Theater district, but sufficiently close for a short walk there. Would repeat this hotel in the future. NYC was really crowded during new year's period, but it didn'f feel too much due to the location of the hotel. Rooms and hotel in general was very good and comfortable, staff was nice and attentive as well.

The place was right smack in the middle of every thing. Plus, it’s a stone thrown away from St. Patrick’s, which was very convenient for me. Hats off to the cleaning lady, whoever she was, in making our room thoroughly clean daily. Most specifically the bathroom, so very clean every time we return from roaming the city.

This location was perfect for our needs, in a very nice neighborhood. All the staff were helpful, especially Lenny the doorman, who greeted us every time we returned and made sure we had a car to the airport on time. Our room was interior (quiet!), clean, with a well-laid out bathroom (a shelf for all our toiletries).

We have stayed at the Omni Berkshire place several times. We are never dissappointed. The staff is excellent very engaging and kind. The concierge services are also very accomodating. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are clean and the products are excellent. You really can't beat the location!
